My Approach & Values
Morgan Lage is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant serving Carroll County, Maryland and surrounding areas. She holds an Associates Degree in Dietetics & Nutrition and completed her lactation clinical experience with Arizona State University. Morgan has worked in a variety of settings, including home visits, community clinic, pediatric offices, and postpartum hospital care. When caring for the breastfeeding dyad, she focuses meeting the needs of both baby and parent, and providing comprehensive education. She has specialized in nutrition for breastfeeding, induced lactation/relactation, counseling adoptive parents, and LGBTQ+ parents. She is thrilled to work with parents at any stage of the breastfeeding journey, from prenatal to postpartum and beyond.
Step 2: Consultation
Morgan will travel to you for a consultation in the comfort of your own home. During the consult, she will discuss your concerns and questions before performing a full feeding assessment and infant oral assessment. She will then work with you to identify feeding goals and create a plan to achieve them.
Step 3: Follow Up & Progress Monitoring
At your follow up appointment, progress will be assessed and discussed. Further follow up appointments can be made as deemed necessary.
